Your tracking number is issued within 48 hours of purchase. You should receive an email containing the tracking number. Once you have it, you can copy/paste it into our order tracking page linked below.

If your order is being shipping from one of our warehouses overseas, your tracking number will show as 'unregistered', 'pending' or indicate that the shipper is waiting for your order. Depending where your product is being shipped from, your order can be in this status for the majority of the shipping time.
It may look like your order is not moving or has not been shipped, but it has! It just has not reached USPS or the destination country yet.
Our shipping time approximations take your order's first leg of the journey into account:
USA and Canada: 6 - 20 days
Oceania: 8 - 20 days
Europe: 8 - 20 days
Latin America: 9 - 26 days
Other countries: 11 - 30 days
